Project 6: Elements Photo Safari



You are going to use a camera to find examples of THE ELEMENTS OF ART outside the classroom. In case you forgot, here are the elements:

LINE
SHAPE/FORM
VALUE
SPACE
COLOR
TEXTURE

Each of the elements you photograph should fill the frame. Unless you know how to use the camera in other modes, keep the camera mode dial on the green square (AUTO).

To turn them in, create a new document in PHOTOSHOP that is 8x10 at 300ppi. Arrange the pictures on the 8x10 in two columns of three pictures. Label the ELEMENT OF ART for each picture using the TEXT TOOL. Make sure to include your NAME, the DATE, and the PERIOD at the top of the 8x10.
